1 pound ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 10oz can Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
8 oz Jimmy Jack’s Rib Shack Original Sauce (1/2 bottle)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, chopped onion and minced garlic; drain off liquids.
Stir in Rotel, Jimmy Jack’s Rib Shack Original Sauce and salt & pepper; mix thoroughly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
